Karel Kryl as a songwriter with exceptional poetic talent but especially as a visionary and prophet whose skeptical ideas audience of the post-revolutionary enthusiasm suddenly did not want to hear.
Country Indifference is based on the post-revolutionary essay collection, a production with rhythmic voicebands and three guitars in which every single one of six actors portrays Karel Kryl. The show also comes with surprising scene design.
Country Indifference thus engagingly deals with an extraordinary fate of the man and with the recent past.
